Academician Tan Sri Dato’ lr Ts Dr Hj Ahmad Zaidee Laidin FASc
Ahmad Zaidee was an electrical engineer with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for over 35 years. He was Director and Vice Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA up to his retirement from public service in 2001. He is also a Past President of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, former President of Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a Council Member of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM). Currently, he is Chairman of ERINCO Sdn. Bhd and sits on the board of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and the Mahathir Science Award Foundation.
Aliya Ahmad Nabil
Aliya has an MPhil in Translational Biomedical Research from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Applied Medical Sciences from University College London. She has previous experience working in science communication at a press office and strategic communications consultancy. At the Foundation, she leads the design and delivery of all programmes.

Azila Tasha Azhar
Tasha has a Bachelor’s degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Mass Communication with Instructional Training and Communcation. She also has a diploma in Office Management and Technology. Previously, she worked for a private tertiary educational institute as Head of the Human Resources and Administration department. At the Foundation, she manages all finance and administrative matters.
