Latest Biography: Dr Abdul Aziz S.A. Kadir is the Secretary-General of International Rubber Research Development Board. He has spent more than 35 years in the Natural Rubber industry, having served the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia in different capacities including 12 years as its Director before being appointed as the first Director-General of the Malaysian Rubber Board.

In 2001, he was appointed as to his current position in IRRDB, an association of rubber research institutes from 20 Natural Rubber producing countries. The objectives of the organization include fostering cooperation in Natural Rubber R&D, providing a forum for concerted action on matters of mutual interest and arranging training programs for the scientists. He also serves as the Chairman of Confexhub and the President of the Global Rubber Conference Steering Committee.
